           Today, I talk about my achievement memorial day. On February 28, I climbed up 3,333 stairs with my two friends in Uto. When we finished examination and passed the university, we have promised to climb the stairs since before. The entrance examination results had not yet come, but we were not able to wait it, so we decided to climb the stairs. On that day, after having eaten lunch in the house of my friend, we started to climb the stairs. At first, we were not so severe, but we came to have a pain in the foot and came to feel it to be very hard since we climbed 1,000 steps. Therefore, I have begun to sing songs to light an atmosphere. Then my friends began to sing too, and we recovered split again, so we took fresh heart and have begun to climb it again. While going up the stairs, we met a master of the stairs up. He is good at climbing the stairs because he climbs the stairs three times every day. We had him teach a hang of the stairs up. He said to us, “ When you climb the stairs, you must not turn to the bottom. You look at only the front.” We were impressed by the words very much. Thanks to the words, finally, we were able to finish going up 3,333 stairs! We attained our objective. At the same time, we finally finished a long fight of an university entrance examination, and we felt that stepped forward to the new first step. Afterwards we went to the temple called the Syakain at the top of the stairs. We prayed for each wish there. Then we finished the day of the challenging. It is my achievement memorial day on that day.

           I love Japanese foods. I talk about the inn of delicious Japanese foods in Kawachi where I live in. The name of the inn is Ryueiso. The dishes of the inn are very delicious. Also, there are a large room and garden at the inn, and a beautiful carp swims in the pond. This inn has its own flavor. When there is an auspicious occasion, I always eat with my family in this inn. For example, when we celebrated my graduation and finding employment of my older sister, we ate there. Also, when my family and my relatives gather such as tray or New York holidays, we order Hachimori  from the inn and eat the dishes at home. Hachimori is the dish which various cooking was put on. The dishes are all delicious, but there are four most delicious dishes in that. First dish is assorted sashimi called Otsukuri. On the Otsukuri, the seasonal fish and shellfish of the season forms a line. I and my family always look forward to eat Otsukuri because fish and shellfish to form a line in the plate changes whenever we go. Second dish is of an abalone and vegitables fly. This dish is seasoned in an oyster source. It is simple, but is the dish that taste of the food itself becomes more attractive. Third dish is a sea bream grilled with salt. A sea bream is roasted whole. It is very gorgeous, and is the dish which is good to a celebration. I and my family love it very much. Finally, forth dish is sesame dumpling as the dessert. It adds sesame to the surface of the dumpling and is fried. I eat just a lot because it is not so sweet. Thus Ryueiso is the very splendid inn. I and my family will spend happy time as ever here.
